OVERVIEW
In CyberStrike 24, players take on the roles of either Red Team hackers or Blue Team defenders. The Red Team, composed of a notorious group of hackers, aims to disrupt the city by stealing Crypto Coins and data, causing chaos, and executing sophisticated cyberattacks. Using tools like botnets, zero-day exploits, and phishing schemes, they strive to maximize their impact and drive the city into panic.
Opposing them is the Blue Team, a coalition of dedicated cybersecurity professionals and first responders. Their mission is to protect the city’s critical infrastructure, maintain public order, and arrest the hackers. Utilizing cyber defenses like honeypots, security patches, SWAT team raids, and intrusion detection systems, they work to keep systems operational and reduce panic.

CyberStrike 24 is a game of pure strategy, with no reliance on luck or randomness. The experience accommodates 2-20 players, all entering their turns simultaneously from their personal devices. The simulation instantly processes their moves, updates their context, and shares just their personalized perspective.

Players can play up to three characters each. For larger games, an optional mole (informant and insider) can be introduced for added excitement and intrigue

Each turn takes about 2 minutes to enter, with the entire game playing out in 90-120 minutes. Recommended for ages 15+.

Explore the diverse districts of Smart Island City, including the Central, Utilities, Airport, Entertainment, Government, Residential, and Business districts. Key events unfold, such as a press conference at City Hall, a championship game at the stadium, and fireworks at the waterfront boardwalk, adding depth and context to the gameplay.

The game map can be reconfigured, with edges of the tiles matching up roads and coastlines to enhance predictability. This modular design allows for a variety of strategic setups and replayability. Players are encouraged to dive into rich backstories, press releases, newspaper articles, threat assessments, and intercepted communications, which enhance the narrative and role-playing opportunities.
The Panic Meter tracks the city’s stability, and high-visibility attacks or successful defenses can dramatically alter the game’s outcome.
